I purchased the SoundPeats Air3 Pro from All My Tech around 4-5 months ago (maybe slightly more). Despite using them very carefully, the battery life deteriorated significantly within a short time. Soon after, one earbud completely stopped working.
I reached out to All My Tech’s support team, hoping for a solution, but their responses are painfully slow—sometimes taking a day or more to reply. To make matters worse, they’ve been of no help whatsoever. They kept asking for an order number, which I’ve unfortunately misplaced.
As a student, spending 13,000-14,000 PKR on such a product is no small feat. And for it to break down in just a few months? That’s both disappointing and heartbreaking. I feel let down not just by the product but also by the terrible customer service that seems completely unwilling to help resolve the issue.
Even now, I’m willing to pay for delivery charges if they would just repair the product—forget the refund. But their lack of cooperation makes it clear how little they care about their customers once the sale is made.
Highly disappointed. Would NOT recommend buying from All My Tech unless they improve both their products and their customer support.

100% original item brand new condition top quality earbuds excellent soun quality bass treble and clarity are well defined and great battery life aswell
I've torn through several pairs of earbuds in my day, but all of them combined still haven't added up to the cost of a high end brand. So I'm not afraid to gamble on budget versions of those high end brands. Some have come up short on sound, some had a cheap feel to them and some didn't last. However, these SoundPeats suffer from none of that. I love the sound. It's crisp, clean, and not over-cranked on bass like some are. These sound just right to my taste. And they feel solid, high quality and all the details are there. The case is excellent, the buds snap in magnetically really well. The indicator lights are bright and sleek. Even the leads look good. USB-C is a nice touch too. Easy pairing, good range, no complaints on battery. The only quirk is fit. The left fits great, but the right doesn't want to stay in quite as well. Obviously, the buds aren't inconsistently manufactured... it's that the insides of my ears are asymmetrical, however, it would be nice if the design were prepared for more ear shapes somehow. I know silicone tips would diminish the cool factor and the magnetic charger snap, but something would help. I am being a bit over-dramatic here. Overall, I'm super happy. The right fits well enough and doesn't fall out or anything. It just doesn't fit perfectly like the left one. It's a small issue that just means a little extra positioning, but it's a small matter for the quality you get for the price.
