Great sounding earbuds!

After unboxing, in order to maximize comfort and sound quality, I strongly recommend that you take the time to ensure that you install the proper size earbud tips and ear hooks that best fits your ears. I've found that most of the issues and complaints about sound quality can be fixed by not skipping this crucial step. With that being said, with the addition of the ear hooks, I find that prefer these over the regular earbud type which I find to be a suffocating and the use of the ear hooks provides a little more cushioning while still being able to be held securely in place. I also like that the EarFun app has a manual 10-band EQ (most others only have 5), but I dont know enough to make the adjustments on my own and instead appreciate that this also has multiple preset music settings (rock, pop, country, R&B, classical, jazz, bass boost, treble boost, bass reducer and treble reducer) which allows me to make quick changes based on the type of music that I am listening to at the moment. In summary, with correct fitting, these are an awesome fit and sound!

These earbuds are a pleasant surprise. The noise cancellation is on par with my Airpods Pro Gen 2. They quickly paired to my phone without issue. The earbuds come partially charged and the 7.5 hour playtime seems accurate as I've been using them all day for work and they have not needed to be recharged. The carrying case doubles as a charging case and it is very compact. I was not imagining the case to be so small. Having USB C is also a huge plus as I don't have to reach for a different charger from all of my existing devices. The earbuds include various size silicone tips to fit any ear. They also include different ear hooks to fit any ear shape. The touch controls are very intuitive but instructions are included in the manual if anyone is not familiar with touch controls. Not having a physical button is a huge plus for me as the earbuds are sleeker without physical controls. The earbuds can also be customized with the EarFun app. The app also allows firmware updates and a low latency gaming mode. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a nice pair of wireless earbuds.

Love these! These earbuds sound awesome. The mids, highs and even the bass are all well balanced. The Earfun App helps tailor the sound that you like. App is easy and fairly intuitive. Fit and comfort are where these earbuds shine.......felt like I wasn't wearing any. Battery life is sufficient and charged fast via USB-C . Compact design mean these will fit in your pocket very easily. Build quality seems okay.......they are of an all plastic build......some of your more higher end buds have some aluminum to their builds. All in all these are some stellar earbuds! I recommend.

As a professional musician (bassist/composer) in Las Vegas, I often need to reference songs before or even during a gig. Being able to have high quality wireless earbuds with amazing sound is invaluable! The EarFun Free Pro 3's sound clear and well balanced. In fact, I highly recommend setting your music player to "flat" when using these, as they need no equalization! Many other earbud brands seem to boost the bass too much, but these read very evenly. I also like how they are lightweight and connect super fast to my iPhone or iPad. The EarFun Free Pro 3's are a great addition to the EarFun family.

When I first opened the EarFun Free Pro 3 box I was disappointed. The case looked small, cheap and very lightweight. I’ve been guilty of equating weight with quality, the heavier something is, the better it probably is. Wrongo quickdrawl! These are fabulous. Yes lightweight so you hardly know you’re wearing them and so comfortable with the provided wings and 5 different sized silicon tips the fit is perfect and won’t fall out. ANC could be better but with the EarFun app you can equalize with almost infinite possibilities. I’m loving the Oluv Signature. Evan though the case is small it has wireless charging, a must for me.

So these are awesome! The charging case is nice a small, the earbuds are the perfect size and shape! When I first looked at these, they looked awkward but they are so comfortable and they lock into your ear which makes the likelihood of them falling off slim. The flat side of the buds are little touch pads that allow you to turn up or down the volume, skip, play, pause and activate Siri. I would even dare to say that these are better than my Beats! The battery life is incredible! Worked an entire 8 hour shift and didn’t have to charge them! For the price, these are the last earbuds that you’ll ever need to buy!

I waited a while after getting these to be able to compare them with the EarFun Air Pro 3 – which I really enjoyed and felt were surprisingly excellent for its price point. These new Airfuns are even better – and I can say that confidently after swapping these back and forth for a while – listening mostly to music I am very familiar with. SOUND: The first thing I noticed immediately was a brighter, clearer sound overall. Additionally I noticed that the shift of sound from ear to ear is more apparent and subtleties are better defined. CUSTOMIZATION: The best advice I would offer to those who want a technical analysis of the ANC or desire a specific CODEC is to visit the Earfun website – there is a wealth of information there! I've included a few screenshots to show some of the options offered in the Earfun app – which easily supports both models and connects quite easily once the earbuds are in place. There are many options to customize the sound in the app for both models but this new model has an upgrade that offers a few more. NOISE CANCELLATION/ADJUSTMENTS One major reason I like to wear earbuds is to block out extraneous conversations of other passengers on public transportation. It may be I haven't hit on the right combination of adjustments – but I find with the new EarFun Free Pro 3 I can almost totally block out the sound of the train in motion - which actually I never find unpleasant anyway – but I am only able to find adjustments so far that keep speech muted enough to prevent making out individual words clearly. Good enough, I suppose - without music playing. The upside is that I have been able to find settings that allow me to listen to music with quite a dynamic range and still hear announcements made on the train. When I want to focus purely on music, I like that I can change the settings without increasing the overall volume. FIT: I have pretty small ear canals and needed the smallest earbud tips for these EarFun Free Pro 3 as well as for the EarFun Air Pro 3 for a secure fit. Five tips shipped with these earbuds as well as 2 spare sets of the 'wings' that wrap around one side of this model. It took a few moments to grasp how to insert/wear these with the soft loops at the top – but the manual has a clear diagram that set me right. BATTERY/CHARGING The cable isn't long (about 10 1/2") but these charged up so quickly I don't think that matters – I don't see these needing to be charged often, seriously! I was surprised at how well the charge held right out of the box and the case has a battery indicator light right on the outside that's helpful. AESTHETIC I'm placing this at the bottom of the review because I'm sure it's obvious that for those who aren't looking for top-of-the-line options budget-wise will want great sound and usability most importantly. Visually, these are discreet – which I like when I'm out in public. OVERALL RECOMMENDATION Overall I recommend these as a surprisingly good upgrade to an already great brand option for the budget conscious!

My main reason for getting these was to wear them at work. I am a custodian and I have to wear a backpack vacuum for a chunk of my shift, so the noise is right behind my head. Before I got these I was using the JLab JBuds Mini earbuds and those things are great and even though they aren't NC, being earbuds they do block out a good bit of noise. But, I found that if I wanted to listen to a podcast instead of music, they didn't work so well for that. I'm happy to say that these work pretty dang well in that situation. They don't cut out all the noise, but at this price point I wasn't expecting them to. I like that they are earbuds instead of the stick as I've found that style doesn't really stay in my ear. These come with a very short charging cable (usb-a to c), 6 pairs of silicone tips to choose from, and two extra sets of "bands" that go around the buds one of them has the wings and the other doesn't. And the case for the earbuds is decently small and flat on the bottom, which is a huge plus. The sound on these are great, maybe a little bass heavy for some, but it does have an equalizer in the app. And speaking of the app, it's pretty feature packed. In the app you can: change sound modes (NC, Ambient, or Normal), you can tune the equalizer, you can customize the controls, set the call microphone settings, etc....One very cool yet unexpected app feature is "Find Headphones". You obviously have to be connected to the earbuds, but you can select one or both of them and they will make a noise to help you find them. I don't think it would be super useful if you lost them somewhere loud, like a gym, but just around your house should work. I will also say that these fit pretty well in my ears and I haven't had them come out once yet and I've been wearing them about 3 weeks now. Now a couple of negatives. These say that they are "active noise-canceling" but I haven't noticed any difference with the amount that they cancel based off of my environment changing. That being said, the NC on these are pretty good, so I'm not too concerned about that. Also, and this will be an individual thing, these don't hurt while I'm wearing them, but when I take them out my ears feel sore for a little bit. It doesn't bother me enough to not wear them, and I'm hoping it's just a breaking in period for my ears, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall these are really good headphones.
