Warranty Policy provides an easy, reliable, and speedy service for all applicable products under our manufacturer’s warranty.

General Terms & Warranty Information

Warranty can be claimed on products bought through Any other purchasers should contact their line of sales for their claim settlement. You should provide all relevant order information such as: warranty cards, packaging, invoices, receipts, etc.

All Warranties are claimable 1 time against 1 purchase. When you first claim is settled, all previous warranties are null & void from that point on. In case the replacement item is not available, you will get store credit against that warranty claim, any purchase made through that store credit will not be liable for any warranty claim.

All Warranties are non transferable & can be claimed only by the original buyer. If you have bought a used item from any person who bought from us, consider warranty to be void.

If the warranty is approved & we don’t have the replacement stock, we will offer you a replacement of similar product of same price and specifications.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
  1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by or authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available; otherwise, a new item will be sent.’s warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty policy is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
  2. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame as the original defective items. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
  3. All Bluetooth items (Earphones, Buds, TWS) require a slow charging of 5V 1A easily accessible through a USB port of Laptop or a PC. Issues occurring due to improper charging mechanism to charge earphones will not be claimed in the warranty.

Grounds for Warranty Claim

In order to successfully claim your warranty, the following must be provided:

  1. Sufficient proof or purchase must be provided. Original Box & all its documents are mandatory.
  2. A description of the defect must be provided to issue a warranty claim.
  3. If the defective item is damaged, visible proof (if any) must be provided along with the item’s serial number (if any).
  4. You will need to return the item for quality inspection.

We require a valid Proof of Purchase to issue warranty claim:

  1. Order number from online purchased made through AMT’s authorized resellers.
  2. Sales invoice.
  3. Dated sales receipt

Note: More than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Shipping Costs

Costs Must Be Covered by Buyer in the Following Situations:

  1. Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
  2. Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  3. Returning items claimed to have defects but found by quality control to be in working condition.
  4. Returning defective items in international shipping.
  5. Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Out of Warranty:

Claims under the following are considered out of warranty:

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Compatibility issues
  3. Lost or stolen products
  4. Items that have expired their warranty period
  5. Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  6. Free products
  7. Repairs through 3rd parties
  8. Battery Timings (Only Claimable if the Battery timing is 25% or lower of the manufacturer’s claimed time.
  9. Damage from outside sources (including, but not limited to improper electrical outlets, voltage fluctuations, thunderstorm)
  10. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
