Q1: Is the stock Apple Watch charging cable included?

A: No, the Apple Watch charging cable is not included.

Q2: Why is my phone/AirPods charging slowly?

A: If your device supports fast charging, you will need a QC 3.0 or PD power adapter (not included) to enable fast charging. Reducing your phone’s background applications may also improve charging speed.

Q3: How does the indicator light work?

A: The green indicator light shows if the charger is charging. No light indicates the charger is in standby mode. If a foreign object has been detected or the phone is not in the right place, the light will flash green and blue. The light has been designed to be bright enough to be seen clearly in daylight, but soft enough that it won’t affect your sleep.

Q4: Will it charge through a thick or rubber phone case?

A: This wireless charger is compatible with most phone cases. However, phone cases thicker than 5 mm may affect wireless charging.
