A. Put both earbuds into the charging case.
B. Press the reset button for 10s with the case opened.

2. The charging case isn’t charged.
Please check if you have connected to certified charging cable. If not, please charge with certified cables to check if it works normally.

3. The earbuds couldn’t be charged.
Please check whether the charging case is under fully-charged. If yes, please try to clean the charging contacts with alcohol. If not, please make it fully charged for a better experience.

4. Can I use either earbud in mono mode while another charge?
Yes, you can either earbud in mono mode but kindly note that the volume cannot be adjusted.
