Grand dissapointment

Sadly but surely this is the very first time I've been dissapointed by an AMT purchase. The sound peats are underpowered af. Nothing mentionable at all with the sound profile--I read in an amazon review that these are a bit bass heavy, my samsung a33's speakers give a better thump out in the open. I don't know how this prodict landed on AMT in the first place--I've always known them to deliver premium and only premium products throughout my dealings with them in the past but the Peats somehow sneaked through their quality management system

Although I regularly purchase items from allmytech for the last so many years , however this time when I purchased soundPRATS S5 the product was defective & upon contacting the firm ( allmytech) I received a very poor service response and was throughly disappointed
