What is ANC?
Active noise canceling (ANC)is a set of audio technologies that actively cancel the ambient noise by using negative sound waves to actively cancel the noise. It uses a noise-canceling system to reduce unwanted background noise. The system is based on microphones that “listen” to the sounds outside and inside of the earphone, an ANC chipset inverting the soundwaves, and a speaker inside the earphone canceling the outside sound by neutralizing soundwaves. A bit like taking +2 outside and adding -2 inside to make zero.
AUX Mode
1, Inserting the audio cable will automatically switch to AUX mode. Long press the power key 3s and then short press the ANC key to enabling the ANC to function in AUX mode.
2, In AUX mode, the functions of increasing/decreasing volume, pausing play, previous /next track on headphones will be invalid, which needs to be operated through the mobile terminal and corresponding APP.

This is my first order with your company, and I urgently placed it based on the promise of same-day delivery in Karachi if ordered before 11 AM, as stated on your website. I placed the order on January 14th at 2:58 AM, with an online direct bank account transfer. I promptly transferred the amount and shared the payment screenshot a minute after placing the order.
While I understand that the 15th is a Sunday and likely a day off, so delivery should be on Monday. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Today, which is Tuesday, the order has not reached me as of 11:55 AM. I reached out, and the response assured delivery today, but it's now 9:00 PM, and the order is still undelivered. I urgently needed the item, and although I found it at a lower price on another website, their delivery takes three days. Despite positive reviews, my experience with your service has been extremely disappointing.
At this point, I no longer require the item. I am currently out of town, rendering the order useless to me. Additionally, there was no proactive communication about the delayed delivery, which is unacceptable. I refuse to accept the parcel, and I demand the swift return of my money, matching the speed with which I paid for this order.
