PKThey sound really good, although my own hearing is not that great. They stay in my ear very well and they are comfortable to wear. I've tried all the features, including their app, and everything seems to work perfectly. I did a lot of research before I bought them, and I believe I made the right choice.
PKI was totally impressed with these ear buds. I purchased these about 6 months ago and they are excellent. I also bought the Beats pro ear buds at the same time and these worked just as well for half the price. Totally happy!!!
PKHad these buds connected to an IPhone 13 Pro Max and though these sounded great, provided crystal clear calls, and had responsive touch controls I had a terrible time getting the earbuds to properly connect to my phone. I would place the buds in my ear to answer a call and the buds would not connect. In fact, I usually had to manually go into the phones settings to connect and be able to use for phone calls. If I had the buds I'm my ear and the phone rang, there was no problem with connectivity but in the case, the buds struggled to connect nearly every time. I returned these and purchased another brand. Disappointing as this was the only issue. Update- Earfun customer service reached out to me and went above and beyond to assist me with the issue I was experiencing and 100% made it right. It is so rare that a company does more than simply say they care but Earfun does care for its customers and how they experience their products. Earfun went oitmof their way and above and beyond to fix the issue I was experiencing. I am an Earfun customer for life- my earbuds now work perfectly and I am so grateful for their most excellent customer service- I highly recommend purchasing earbuds from Earfun!
