I bought two of these before my flight and one I opened was perfectly fine would charge properly and work.
The other one however, was broken. The plastic from underneath was not in place and does not charge properly. It is my mistake as I had a similar situation with them beforehand as well and their customer service was horrendous, but after 3 years I needed powerbanks and wanted them quickly.
