The lightning end adapter came off the wire barely after a month of use. Warranty claim was not entertained citing damage as the cause of breakage. However, there wire was neither vigorously yanked out of the phone nor it was subjected to any extreme use. Had the quality of adhesive been close to the original/genuine wire, it wouldn’t have come off given the original wire is subjected to same conditions and it hasn’t given up in over a year. The battery back however is amazing and so is the size. The PD adapter also delivers the way it’s suppose to. My only complained lies with the quality of wire and treatment of warranty claim. Rest was smooth.
My overall experience was amazing. They are doing a wonderful job. I’d definitely buy again from here.
