case quality is good but ist very delicate
I’ve been a loyal customer, but my last two purchases were defective. Since I’m posted in Waziristan, I couldn’t check immediately. When I called, they bluntly said it was my fault for not using them properly—despite me using cases since 2001. These cases cost Rs. 10,000-15,000, and I expect quality or at least acknowledgment of defects. Instead, they refuse responsibility. Given my purchase history, check it out—time to switch to a new supplier.
