Slightly disappointed.
This version of powerbank is the one ravpower launched in 2016, the USB ports offer 2.4A of charging speeds and the capacity is stated at 27000mah, the updated latest version of power bank supports 65w PD through USB-C, also, be aware that this power bank comes with its proprietary barrel charger & cannot be charged via USB as opposed to it's updated counterpart.

Excellent Product. MUST have!
I am their customer since 2016 and their product never disappointed me. I had eye on this product since day one they launched it. But due to High price I waw reluctant to buy it. Last Friday they offered RED week 30% discount over it and it caught my eyes. Around 2:50 PM I saw it ajd at 3 pm i had zoom meeting. I don't wanted to waster this offer. Instantly opened link and tried to purschse. To my surprise they were offering 10% more discount if you pay Via Foree payment gateway. So total it makes 40% discount and I quicklly purchased it. It was delivered within 24 hours. I am feeling my self lucky to have thos deal. Now lets move to Product review 🙂 Build quality is good. Charging time is very fast for 27000 mah power bank They provide 24v 1A fast charger in the box to charge it within 5 hours. I charged my laptop with it and worked great. It comes with hard cover zipped Box so its easy to carry in your laptop bag. I was looking for such powerbank having AC outlet and finally got it before summers. As you know in summers such powerbank is must in Pakistan. All the accessories they listed are with it. Keep up the good work Best of Luck

220V is great but USB C and other ports does not support fast charging.
Bought a few power banks from AMT. All worked great except this one. If you just need 220V AC then go for it but if you want to charge mobile phones from its USB ports believe me it's going to take ages as it does not support fast charging and sadly AMT did not mention it in description. They should come up with some ethics and write down all cons as well.
Worth it
Bought this for my wife who travels internationally. On a recent flight back from England, she had her HP laptop plugged in, and her ipad. Gave her the extra hours she needed, and still had power left when she landed. And for domestic flights, she no longer needs to jockey for the seat next to the charging stations at the terminals. She keeps her iphone, ipad, and HP Latitude charged, though not all at the same time. It has a 4.5 mAh output, and the HP uses 3.4 mAh. She purchased an over-sized leather purse/bag in which she places this battery, her laptop, ipad, iphone, and a small purse with just the essentials. Her laptop bag (with cables/pens/supplies) compresses into her overhead luggage. Pros: so far -- as advertised. She likes the grey flannel protector. The added 1.5 lbs. is negligible given the benefit. Cons: none so far.
3.25 hours on my CPAP
I did not believe my ResMed 8 CPAP set on 11 w/o the humidifier would get too much of a run with this relatively cheap battery, so I gave it a test. I pull about 3 hours and 15 mins. Not great by any stretch, but might be useful on a 6-9 hour redeye if you plan on staying up until you are exhausted and then are OK with grabbing something like these 3 hours of rest w/the CPAP running.
I have the new and old models. Both are God tier
The newer model thankfully builds on the older model because of the AC outlet. This is a very clutch feature to have for an array of reasons, from last minute shaving, to plugging in fans outside in 100+ degree weather. This AC plug has handled everything I've thrown at it, including my OnePlus dash enabled charger, and my Microsoft Surface Pro 4. The AC plug comes at a small sacrifice, as you don't have the universal plug set from the older model, but it's not an issue because, well, AC outlet. I have had the older model for almost 5 years (the older one needed an adapter for the Microsoft SP4), and only got the newer model for the convenient plug when traveling. The newer model adds faster (and COOLER) charging and recharging, a highly underrated rugged zipper case, a type-C outlet, and micro USB cords. Now I have one for me, and one for my wife (she has a surface book laptop and a macbook pro). I still regularly check discharge and heat levels, as no matter how satisfied you are, safety first. All in all, RavPower is a good company and as a side note, I also have the RP-PB41 26800mah. That thing collects dust before it needs a recharge. I am not associated with RavPower in any way. Just a satisfied customer. Pros: -Durable and well built -Huge battery capacity -Consistent charge levels -Long, slender, easier fit in cases, packs, bags. - 3 prong AC output. Always having a charge puts you at ease. Not really cons but things to consider when getting your first laptop battery pack: -Can get very warm, especially outside, in summer, or if on bed or carpet. -Charge time (anywhere from 4.5 to 5.5 hours on both from zero) -Heavier than normal chargers, which is a shock for new laptop power bank users.
RAVPower works for Surface Pro 3
I purchased the RAV power pack to provide mobile charging for my Surface Pro 3 (SP3). While it took a little effort to confirm that this would work for the SP3 and to get the correct adaptor, I have just completed the first SP3 recharge from the RAV power pack and it worked well. I can confirm that the RAVPower Xtreme 23000 looks to be a solid build. I like the LCD display that shows a quick battery condition and also provides an actual percentage of charge in the pack. Mine was charged to 78% when delivered and it quickly charged to 100% when plugged in. I knew that the RAV did not include the adaptor for the SP3, but I thought it would be easy to buy one. Turns out the battery output for the RAV uses a 5.5*2.5mm connector which is somewhat harder to find than the more common 5.5*2.1mm power connector. So be careful to order the proper adaptor. Then there is the concern whether any remote 12 volts DC will work to charge the SP3. I had measured the voltage (or should I say signal) on the Microsoft wall charger that came with my Surface and on my scope found a “pulse” signal that repeated about every 450 ms. I wasn’t certain that the Surface would accept a straight DC voltage. My approach to verifying this was to purchase an inexpensive car charger. I then measured the output of the charger and verified that it put out a standard 12 VDC (actually about 13+ volts). The good news was it worked to charge the SP3. So with some reasonable confidence I ordered the RAVPower Xtreme 23000. The company that sells the RAV has commented on many review issues (one of the reasons I chose them is because they seemed active in addressing issues that were brought up). One of their comments confirmed that the output power jack was a 5.5*2.5mm so that’s how I knew it was somewhat non-standard (or at least not as readily available as the 2.1 version). The good news is that several companies are now offering cables that claim to work in either 2.5 or 2.1. I purchased this one and it fits the RAV DC output port:
Look no further ! This charger is the last one you will ever need !
Incredible product ! Amazing Customer Service ! I bought this product over 2 years ago and lost the charging cord . I emailed the company asking if i could purchase a replacement and they shipped me one for free ! I have about 5 portable chargers but this one is by far the best because it can charge numerous devices before it runs out and lasts days . I travel for work extensively so need to know I can keep my electronics charged and nothing has worked for me like this one ! I would give it more stars if I could .
Good battery!
This is a really good battery! I have had it 6 months now and it is going on strong. I use it for my laptop. Update: over a year later and it is still doing really good
A gigantic, well made battery, capable of powering multiple devices, and tested very well (1119mA per hour; 76.6% Efficient).
Your mobile device and laptop are dead and you need an immediate power source. What do you do? The answer is you couldn't power both, until now, with the assistance of the RAVPower Xtreme 23000mAh 3-Port Portable External Battery Charger. ▶ Package Contents * RAVPower Xtreme 23000mAh 3-Port Portable External Battery Charger * Power Adapter * Power adapter plug * 2 USB Charging Cables with female connector * 4 Mobile connectors (Micro USB, Mini USB, Samsung, and Nokia) * 10 notebook/laptop connectors * DC Charging cable * Carrying case I don't mention about packaging contents, but I will in this review, as this is probably the best packaging I've ever witnessed from a power bank. The box has a magnetic cover, and is capable of fitting all the above contents with room to spare. I would strongly advise to keep this case for storing contents, if you aren't using it for the power bank. ▶ Accessories This power bank includes several accessories, including: a 3" x 1.75"x 1.25" AC adapter with a 46" inch cable, a 29" DC charging cable, 2 20" USB charging cables, 4 mobile connectors, 10 notebook connectors, and a carrying case. I can't speak for other companies, but this is definitely a lot of accessories! RAVPower decided to avoid following suit for its popular power banks, choosing to use a proprietary AC adapter, but is expected, as this is a huge power bank. You should take very good care of the AC adapter, as finding a replacement will cause a huge headache. The cable for the AC adapter is 46"inches, which ends at a power connector, and is capable, not intended to, attach to the 10 notebook connectors. These connectors are intended to connect to one end of the DC charging cable, with the opposite end in the DC output port. It should be noted that only one side of the DC charging cable is able to fit in this port, but there is no indication on the cable. With some simple trial and error you will figure out which side is which. Where RAVPower decided to not follow suit with its notebook connectors, it decided to follow suit with its mobile connectors and USB charging cables. The USB charging cables are spiraled and are capable of being stretched from 9" to 20" inches. The four charging connectors are the popular mini/micro USB and two unpopular connectors of Samsung 30 Pin and Nokia. The Samsung connector should not be confused for the similar Apple 30 pin connector of the previous generation, as this will not fit in your iPod/iPhone. This also includes a cloth mesh carrying case, capable of holding your RAVPower Xtreme. This case has a front pouch, to carry the power bank, and back pouch, to carry the connectors, which is strapped down by the top flap. The carrying case looks very nice when all the contents are in. ▶ Specifications * Brand: RAVPower * Series/Model: Xtreme Series/RP-PB14 * Capacity: 23000mAh/ 85Wh * Battery Type: Li-polymer battery (Stable and safe) * Input: DC 12-24V / 2A * USB Output: DC 5V / 3.5A (2.5A+1A) * DC Output: 9V/12V/16V/19V/20V 4.5A * Warranty: 12 Months Warranty ▶ Hardware The device is huge and heavy (7.2" x 4.8" x 0.7"; 1.2 pounds), but could be much larger, considering this is a 23000mAh Lithium-Polymer battery. This is a newer technology, and shouldn't be confused with the similar Lithium-Ion battery, which is much heavier, bulkier, and cheaper to make. To put the size into perspective, I can put my Nexus 7 (2013) on top of this device, and find out my Nexus to be much thinner, smaller, and half the weight of this device. When you are purchasing this device, you aren't purchasing it for size and weight; you are purchasing it for endurance. The battery comes in a brushed black aluminum on top and a black plastic everywhere else. As seen from my product images, the power bank can easily be scratched, and attracts my finger prints. The top has the RAVPower name and logo, an LCD display, and a multifunctional button. LCD Display: * Battery Icon: Up to 5 bars, each bar represents 20%. * Capacity Percentage * USB Output * Power Icon * Output Voltage Multifunctional Button: * Short Press: Reveal LCD Display or setup DC Output Voltage to 9V, 12V, 16V, 19V, or 20V. * Long Press: Starts setup for DC Output voltage. I really like the LCD display on the electronics, and the intuitive design of the button. My only worry is that this LCD display will drain the battery, which will be determined in the test section. What I do know, the power bank will automatically turn off when my mobile device is completely charged, which is a great feature. On the front of the power bank are ports for Input, the two USBs, and DC Output, which are all labeled on the bottom of the power bank. The bottom also has the RAVPower name and logo, model name and number, and specifications. Overall, this battery is built well, but elegant. If I were to purchase a battery for $99, such as this one, I would expect quality craftsmanship with all the features. ▶ Setup * Charging the Power Bank 1. Connect the power adapter
