And have some issue with it

And after nearly i got a brand new pair of soundpeats capsule 3 pro

Bought these in Feb this year , sharing user experience again with others.
Sound quality, call clarity and specifically the battery timing is amazing on this one! But there are some issues/problems I faced & shared my concerned with Allmytech staff but they refused to claim warranty as they told me they haven’t found any single issue whatsoever.
In my opinion, if you have enough budget go for something else but this.
I have purchased stuff from AMT before these earbuds. Prices are market competitive, products they have are selling is original & response is quite good as well. So, not complaining AMT but the product itself only. Better look for something else.
My user experience so far,
7/10
Sound quality: Good.
ANC: Good , almost cuts off un wanted noise.
Call clarity: Satisfied, no complains at all from other end of call.
Battery: Amazing!
But these earbuds have some issues even if they are "MINOR" as per AMT support staff.
*. Glitching issue : while watching videos ,playing music or media it sort of like pause or lost signal & the sound breaks for moment which happens quite often.
*. If you pair single ear bud while the other is in the case , it automatically changes mode which it should not & if you take the other one after some time both of them goes to ANC mode and then you have to switch.
*. Some times while using only 1 earbud (I usually use left one just to answer calls or listening to whatsapp voice msg) , media plays but with no sound & same signal dropping issue and have to connect both of them to get the grip.
In my opinion, if someone has a decent budget lets say around 15K. Buy some other earbuds or brand but this!
Please note : Not trying to defame them, they sell original, authentic & good stuff. It’s just my experience with this purchase wasn’t as I expected.

Few of the products of AMT are expensive as compared to other online stores.
I’ve been using these buds for about 3 weeks now and I’m pretty satisfied with their performance. Don’t expect to be blown away by the sound or the overall volume though.
When listening to music they sound average, that doesn’t mean they are bad, just not amazing. I have a pair of OnePluds Buds Pro (which is my point of comparison) which sound MUCH better than these but the OnePlus Buds are also double the price. So, considering the price of the SoundPeats they sound adequate.
The mic quality is a bit of a hit-or-miss kind of situation. I bought these because they were supposed to have excellent call quality but in my experience, it’s again an average 6/10. The person on the other end of the call can sometimes hear me clearly and loudly and other times they can barely hear what I’m saying. Each time I was in the same room in the same environment. Another thing I noticed about the SoundPeats is when you’re on a call with ANC on my voice volume fluctuates a lot because I think it’s trying to compensate for the environment noise and block it out. I have to leave it turned off because it gets difficult to have a conversation. For music though the ANC is great and does a good job of blocking out most noise and isolate the music.
Battery life so far has been amazing! I don’t use these all day, just for maybe an hour or so every day and so far I’ve only had to charge them once, I think realistically I could easily get about 4 – 4.5 hours out of them in a day, if not more.
