I inadvertently ordered a Nord 10 phone cover instead instead of Nord n10 5g. Of course I found this out when I opened the cover. When I asked them to replace it they denied which is contrary to what they state about the warranty and replacing the product without asking questions. The cover is of no use to me when infact it shoudk have been replaced. The quality of the good is great but unfortunately customer servicea leaves a lot to be desired. I am not purchasing any other product from here.

Does what it is supposed to do. Perfect.
Cons:
You cannot use any screen protector with this. The bumpers are large enough to poke the protector and allow the air into it.
The service and product were both amazing. Good & Timely delivery.
