The whole experience has been very good from purchasing to claiming warranty, they have been very understanding and accommodating.
I ordered sounarc’s Q1 earbuds that I had previously purchased also (from another site) . I ordered these ones for someone else and after using the earbuds, I got told that they produced a very clear sound and were ideal for music with a loud bass. Delivery was really fast as i recieved the package the next day of ordering and packaging was also nice as the product arrived intact and it was original. Customer service was top notch and their team was very kind and cooperative. I would rate this experience a solid 10/10 since the price of the product I ordered was very reasonable as every other site had significantly higher prices for the same product. Will order again IA.
