Great watch
What a great watch! Battery life lasts more than a day, not as good as my old Fitbit Ionic. This watch is fully customizable!
Definitely not an Orginal Galaxy Watch...
My review coming from a Galaxy Watch 46mm after 1.5 years. Prior to smart watches I've worn luxury watches for mainly status symbol reasons but decided to no longer wear them due to smart watches making my life more efficient. So fast forward the Galaxy Watch has served its purpose for me as a 3 full day battery life, alarm clock, text message notification, step counter, time teller gadget. Appearance wise it didn't look too bad. Then comes the Galaxy Watch 3 45mm which looks and feel amazing. It still has all the above however instead of a 3 full day battery its barely gets 2 full days. The major trade off is whether you are okay with the battery reduction vs having a really sleek looking watch. Originally I wanted to get the stainless steel because I was accustom to the original GW. After seeing the GW3 stainless steel version it is not a brushed stainless steel and is more shiny and in my opinion looks cheap and toyish. I opted for the mystic black and thought I wouldn't like it but after a day it grew on me. Feels slightly smaller than original GW and fits my wrist a lot better. Over all I'm choosing to stay with the GW3 due to the amazing well thought out design and will bite the bullet with the battery life. Eventually I will get an updated Samsung Note so I could wireless charge from my phone and not have to carry the watch charger or buy a spare. For those wondering what my watch settings are and my typical usage are... I don't have always on display, brightness is set to 5, display is only wrist activated with 10 seconds, heart rate monitor is manual, and only activates during workouts, I generally do about 15k steps a day, use the alarm for waking up, use the timer daily when cooking and generally get about 15-20 notifications from text messages every hour for work and personal. I hope this helps in your decision as I've made the choice to keep the GW3 after careful consideration. PS I got a silicon band and don't use the leather one. It's cheap feeling and I shower with my watch daily so its a total waste.

This is an amazing watch. I'm coming from the gear S2 and it's a big improvement. I felt I needed an upgrade after 4 years. I chose to go with the 45mm version as I'm a fan of big watches and it actually looks nice despite what others say about it not being meant for smaller wrist sizes. This watch is very responsive and I've yet to have any sort of lag. I've set up my NFC payments through Samsung pay but I haven't had to use it yet so I can't comment on that as of right now. Many of the apps that I use are very clear and detailed such as messages, weather, Discord etc.... I haven't tried to dictate any of my messages so hopefully I can provide more incite into this later on. I have used bixby a few times and there has been no error in bixby understanding what I say thus far. I have no complaints about this watch so far besides possibly the price which is quite steep. There is no ECG which is a little disappointing but I expect it'll come out in the near future. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with my purchase. If anyone is looking for an upgrade and don't mind spending a little extra for a well built and high quality watch, you won't be disappointed.
Packaging arrived scuffed and scratched but the watch is great!
Bought this for my husband's birthday even though its above my price range. Giving it to him tomorrow (8/16) but when I spend over $400 on a watch I expect everything to be perfect, box included. Was beyond disappointed to get it with scratches and scuff marks all around the box. In the picture you only see about half of them. Made me regret ordering this through amazon. This is no way relating to the watch itself which im sure is worth the hype. That's why I only took off 1 star.EDIT (8/17):Wanted to add a review about the watch itself now that my husband uses it. He was up in the air about whether he'd really enjoy it or not but he hasn't been able to stop playing with it and loves it. I was initially worried the larger 45mm size would look too big but its perfect on him. I definitely recommend the watch! It honestly looks better in person than in the videos or online photos. He's been getting a lot compliments on it, too!

LOVE IT. LOVE IT
My first smart watch and I LOVE IT. I have Apple IPads and a MacBook Pro 16 Inch but have always preferred Android phones, Samsung in particular. I have had this watch a short time (got it a few days after it’s release) and have no complaints at all. I can have a new watch every day by simply changing the watch face (and I have quite a collection of them already). Bixby is understanding me better and better every day. (I was a bit frustrated at the beginning). The leather band is good quality and even though it was kind of stiff when I first got it, it is softening up quite nicely and is now very comfortable. I just ordered a silicone band in case I want to change the look to something more casual.I was a bit hesitant to spend this much money on a watch but considering I have spent twice as much on a Samsung phone in the past, I decided to go for it. I am glad I did. If you are on the fence about buying this and it is within your budget, I say go for it. Despite the fact it is a bit pricey, I think it is worth the cost, particularly if you love new technology like I do.

I received my Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 yesterday. It is a gorgeous looking watch. It doesn't look cheap at all. It connected to my phone effortlessly. The watch functions are easy to use. I am glad I purchased it. Now I have the watch and the Galaxy Ear Buds Live in Mystic Bronze as well, next is the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra!

Best smart watch on the market
Absolutely love this watch! My wife had the apple watch and now it sits in a drawer. This is literally the perfect smart watch. Like the original galaxy watch it has the physical rotating bezel which is a game changer! Not sure how this works with and iPhone but with samsung's superior phones it is flawless. Very handsome watch with tons of features and astonishing, health care grade tracking, (you should not solely rely on it obviously) and the on board constant tracking of heart and blood pressure can and will likely save lives.
