I ordered Ldnio pq22 20000mah power bank. On website description said it had wireless charging. In actual the item did not. I was traveling and when i realised it does not have wireless charging I contacted the seller explaining my issue. By this time i had thrown away the box of the power bank. The seller was willing to replace if i had the box. Since i had thrown the box nothing could be done and due some one else’s fault i have to suffer. Who is to blame here i leave for the readers to decide. Sometimes one uses the product few days later after receiving and in the meanwhile has opened and thrown away the packaging. Then one realises that it does not match the description. Its too late.
