PKAmazing Sound but Beware of Random Pausing. Not Good for Active people.
Updated Comment 10/14/22: All is well again! EarFun contacted me and provided a full refund for my purchase due to the issues mentioned in my original comment. For this reason, I've changed my review to 5 stars to convey my thanks. Its great when a company takes the initiative to make things right. It speaks volumes about their business model where the customer comes first. Hope EarFun continues to improve and I'll be back to try them again. Original Comment: I bought the earbuds at a discount price and only started using them recently. The sound quality is very good, but only if you can get a good fitment with the buds. If you are active or bending or the buds come loose, then expect to have A LOT of random pausing. For this reason, I cannot recommend these buds. They ruin the listening experience and not worth the expense, even at a discount. I never had this happen with other earbuds. I guess it's supposed to help conserve battery life, but it's way too sensitive to pausing or even the slightest touch can turn them off or disconnect them. My return window has passed and I'm stuck with these. I'll have to do more research before buying my next set of earbuds.

I can’t say enough great things about these AirPods. You can definitely compare these to apple AirPods. We’ve owned apple and they don’t last. We’ve owned 4 pairs of EarFun, one for each family member and we haven’t had a single problem! Sound quality is great with 3 different levels plus noise cancelling. Would def recommend!

Headline update: Buy these, the risk is zero for you. In addition to my glowing review below, I had a small glitch. The customer service is so engaging, responsive and workable, you have zero risk in buying these. What a great young company. Cheering for them! The number one review you get is "Great for the money." These are just great. Period. Sound is fantastic, comfortable. They pair seamlessly to your iPhone and connect fast once you pull from the case. The microphone for talking on the phone is great. I worked out in them and noticed immediately they do not fall from my ears during running or vigorous exercise. The sound was clear and full for Hip-Hop or Country music (yes, I listen to both). These are a home-run. The only slight is the case plastic feels a little cheap, but that doesn't affect performance in the least.

I think these are really good headphones. They sound quality is good, the noise canceling is great. I didn't have issues with phome calls and I liked that the headphones automatically pause my music when I take them out. However, I tried to put my right earphone in last month and it suddenly stopped playing music and constantly said "connecting" and then I tried resetting the headphones as shown in a video. But nothing happened with the right earbud, the left was fine, but now the right earbud just says "power on........power on....." and that's it. I can't turn it off, reset it, or get it to connect or even charge. I'm really disappointed as I took really good care of these headphones. I always had them in the case, protected them, and never dropped them or nor the case. I don't think I can just replace the right earbud either and I hate to buy a whole other set when it's just 1 earbud that is a problem. Other than that I really did love these headphones! ***EDIT*** Customer service reached out to me and offered me a full refund or to replace the headphones for free. I really like these headphones and they are nice for the price so I got a replacement pair. They are working great and they shipped them out to me super fast! I am happy with my new pair!

I purchased the Earfun Free Pro earbuds a few months ago and loved their small size and comfort. I did however want a set of headphones with better microphones since I use my earbuds for online classes and phone calls, so I purchased these. FIT: The included ear tips are soft and created a nice seal for my ear. A lot of noise cancelling earbuds need a good seal for them to work properly so I’m glad the included sizes worked for me. This is my first pair of headphones with a stem and it doesn’t seem to change much in terms of comfort. They even stay in overnight when I sleep with them on! They don't jut out from your head too far and are pretty discreet. SOUND: These headphones sound pretty good and aren’t too bass heavy for me. I applied a noise profile from Wavelet and made these headphones sound even better. The microphones make phone calls clear on both ends which is good. I still have to try these on a windy day but for my purposes these do fine, I'm mostly going to use these indoors. NOISE CANCELLING: The noise cancelling is improved from the Free Pros and the new microphone array seems to do its job. The ambient sound mode has a small hiss in the background but I think this is normal and forget it’s there unless it’s silent in the room. OTHER THINGS: Wireless charging is nice and convenient, and the quick charge feature is good when you only have 10 min to charge them. Battery life is on par with other wireless headphones. The range on these headphones are great, I can stay connected to my laptop from several rooms away with no connection drops. IMPROVEMENTS: I really wish these could connect to multiple devices at once but I’ve only seen that feature on more expensive headphones.

Saw these rated in the Wirecutter and checked the online reviews before buying, having been disappointed by other wireless headphones. I'd sent more than one pair back for a variety of reasons: didn't fit properly, uncomfortable, noise cancelling hardly made a difference, etc. These EarFuns are comfortable to wear and they stay put, even when gardening. With noise cancelling on, I can't even hear the power mower next door. Battery power is more than adequate. Downside: the tap functions are squirrely. Several times, I've switched to voice control or made a call I didn't want to place while trying to lower the volume. But overall I'm really happy with these.

**Update 10/16/222** This company has absolutely amazing customer service. They reached out to me in regards to my dissatisfaction with these earbuds and went out of their way to offer a FULL REFUND or a FREE PAIR OF THEIR NEW VERSION OF EARBUDS FREE OF CHARGE!!!! I chose to receive the new earbuds and I am blown away with the quality as well as the packaging. 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Okay so I've had these for about 4 months now and today was the last day that I could deal with them. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Great packaging 2. Good Battery Life Cons 1. Very uncomfortable - Irritates my ears 2. Poor design - Falls out of ears very easily. Bought different tips made of memory foam and they didn't help at all. 3. Touch controls work sporadically. 4. Average sound quality. The absolute worst part about these is that no matter what you do or what tips you put on the end they will fall out of your ear. I use them for working out and they fall out of my ear almost every rep. I am always pushing them back in and because they have touch controls it always messes with the volume. Very frustrating. The sound quality isn't really that good as well. It is Average at best. I have cheaper headphones with better sound quality. I threw them away in the garbage today. Can't deal with them falling out of my ear every 5 seconds.
PKLow Latency and Great Battery Life
Very comfortable earbuds, after a few minutes you almost forget you're wearing them. Very low latency, and no delay when watching videos on your phone (the mouths sync up perfectly, unlike my old skullcandy ones) and they are great for gaming too, I'm able to hear enemy footsteps behind me and there's great directional sound too. All of that is great and makes for a great experience using these earbuds, but my favorite feature has to be the battery life. The most ive used the earbuds for at a time was about 4 hours, leaving it at 70% battery or so. I put them away after, closing the lid (and not plugged into the wall) and the next time i used them, they were 100% charged. So, a huge plus that they charge the earbuds while put away so I don't come back to dead batteries. (My old earbuds REQUIRED the case to be open to charge the earbuds, and also decharged the earbuds so quickly when put away, that they'd be fully dead when i went to use them next) (I've owned them for about a month, and if battery life or quality dips as time goes on, i will update this review, if this is still here, then these earbuds still rock!!)
