Replacement Policy

You may replace defected items within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be covered by All My Tech incase the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you may receive the replacement much earlier.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Against the return, you also have the option to buy anything else from us or get a Store Credit which can be used later whenever you decide to purchase.

No, sale items (items sold at a discount from their original price) are not subject to any return unless there’s a fault on arrival.
